Goodbye Jake

This is our first ever baby...Jake Miller. He was a college graduation present from my family to Michael....his first dog. Our first dog together. He was more than a dog to us. He was a friend. A protector. An encourager. A confidante. A playmate to our kids. He was family. We found out two months ago that he had cancer and last night, Michael had to make the decision to let him go so that he would no longer be in pain. Our lives won't be the same without him but we thank God for the time that we had with him. We will miss you Jake and we will always remember you. You were the epitome of "man's bestfriend."
